Major food traceability conference expands offer
The major conference "Food Traceability" Dallas Texas February 2006 has expanded its offering. In addition to the leading speakers from across the world, the first day will now end with a forum on "Challenges of Food Traceability" with four leaders from the industry on the platform. Ray Flemming, Director of Cargo Loss Prevention, Frozen Food Express Industries Inc is among these. Frozen Food Express Industries, Inc. is the largest publicly-owned, temperature-controlled carrier of perishable goods in North America. In addition, the Masterclass on "Challenges and Solutions for Food Identification and Tracing" will now be addressed by both Dr Peter Wareing, Senior Training Executive, Leatherhead Food International and Greg Bermet, researcher at Ohio State University.
