Speaker Biography
President. BSME from Michigan State University. Previous experience includes electronic packaging design at Dupont Berg Electronics, and electronic circuit and battery fabrication with conductive materials at Acheson Colloids Company. Len worked in Asia for 10 years as Marketing Manager - Electronic Materials where he gained valuable experience in market focus and new business development.
Company Profile
Thin Battery Technologies, Inc. (TBT) was formed in 2002 to further the development and commercialization of printable carbon-zinc battery technology that started several years prior at Eveready Battery Company. TBT has since improved battery performance, strengthened the intellectual property position, established production, and filled repeat commercial orders based on successful performance in harsh conditions.
TBT has over 250 years of battery engineering experience as well as electronic circuitry fabrication experience. R&D and prototype operations are in Cleveland, and production is established at partners in Ohio. The product can be supplied as an assembled cell or as materials and license for fabrication into the intended device.
TBT strives to become the leading purveyor of power solutions through simple yet robust battery technology that is welcomed by inventors of electronic devices worldwide.
