Speaker Biography
Dr Leon A. Terry was educated at Imperial College (BSc Hons ARCS) and Cranfield University (MSc, PhD), respectively. He now heads the Plant Science Laboratory, which is the only UK university-based research group that is soley focussed on postharvest technology of fresh produce.
